Property History

Quadna Mountain Lodge in Hill City, Minnesota was a state of the art lodge and resort in northern Minnesota in the 1970's - 2000. Originally built by the Ryan Companies in 1978, Quadna was a destination resort offering downhill skiing, snowmobiling, ATV trails, cross country skiing, boating, fishing and golfing. With the closing of the ski area in 1999, the lodge/resort began a slow decline. Ultimately, in 2015 or so, the resort property was taken by Aitkin County for unpaid taxes and closed.

Our Work

The building was vacant until 2020, when our group purchased the property. After many building studies, structural/mechanical inspections and marketing studies, we determined that renovating the building as a condominium with individually owned vacation properties was the highest and best use of the property.Renovations began in 2021, and we are now ready to begin offering individual condominium homes for sale.
